Renee Gresh is a pediatric oncologist and assistant professor in pediatrics specializing in the care of children and adolescents with cancer and blood disorders. She earned her medical degree from UMNDJ-SOM and completed her pediatric residency and fellowship training at Nemours Children’s Health/Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University.

Based in Wilmington, DE, she is dedicated to compassionate clinical care, multidisciplinary collaboration, and advocacy for patients and families. Renee brings these commitments to the Zach’s Bridge Board, working to expand resources and support for families navigating complex medical journeys. Renee lives in Haddonfield, NJ with husband, Eric, and their three children and their dog. She loves to watch her kids’ sporting activities, travel to new places with them, and cook endless meals.
